Dunstable Rugby Camp Success

Blues Foundation are delighted to announce some fantastic results from the recent Rugby Camp held over May Half Term again teaching ‘Play the Blues Way’ principles to numerous youngsters within Bedfordshire.

Held at Dunstable Rugby Club, we were proud to take our award winning activation out into the community to allow numerous young people to enhance and deliver their rugby skills, while expanding vocational skills such as team work, leadership and friendship.

Dunstable has been a hub for a number of activities since official launch as a charity and this was no different to anything that has gone before, inspiring the next generation and procuring some real societal impact. We look forward to returning to the area soon as well as further expansion across Bedfordshire.

Dates for the next Rugby Camp have already been revealed and will take place over the Summer School Holidays and be based exclusively at Goldington Road, home of the mighty Bedford Blues. There will be two three-day rugby camps between 25th-27th July then again 22nd-24th August and follows the familiar pattern as all previous activation.

For ages between 6-12 years old, with all ability levels welcomed, this is the perfect option to work with first-class, highly skilled coaches to work on skill development within a rugby setting.

Prices have been frozen from those before the merger of Blues Foundation and Blues Community earlier this year. This means the three-day camp is available for £70, with the £10 discount still available for Junior Blues members.
